Prime Rib

Ingredients:
- Prime Rib (any size you need)
- Simpson Spice Shop Prime Rib Rub & Steak Rub

Instructions:
Coat the entire prime rib with the Simpson Spice Shop Prime Rib Rub & Steak Rub. Cover the prime rib and let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 days, then cook on rotisserie or in the over for 1.5 hours at 350° until internal temp is met at 130°. Remove and let rest for 30 minutes. So juicy, tender and full of flavor!
