Bloody Mary & Midwest Margaritas
Customers, including a few drinking establishments use my dry rub to spice up the rim on bloody marys and my favorite: Midwest Margaritas! Or better know as red beers.
For the best Bloody Mary ever, try this recipe: Combine 16 oz. of tomato juice, Clamato or a combination of the two, 1-2 oz. of your favorite vodka, 1 oz. pickle juice, 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce, a splash of some hot sauce (if you like it spicy add more) & 1/2 tsp. of Simpson Spice Shop Dry Rub. Add ice and blend. Coat rim of glass in Simpson Spice Shop Dry Rub...pour in the blended bloody mary and then add your favorite sides! I like using pickles, cheese and my homemade Dilly Billy Beans, my mom says add some shrimp!
For the perfect Midwest Margarita (red beer), chill a 12 oz. glass, add our Simpson Spice Shop Dry Rub to the glass rim, mix your favorite light pilsner or lager with your favorite tomato juice, add green olives and enjoy!
